Hello Lacrosse Families! We wanted to make sure everyone is aware that our
Annual General Meeting is scheduled for
Sunday, September 17th from 7pm-9pm at Rotary Place. All members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The following positions are up for election this year:
- President (2 year term)
- VP of House League (2 year term)
- VP of Girls Box (2 year term)
- VP of Boys Field (2 year term)
- Fundraising/Sponsorship
- Equipment Manager
- Scheduler
- Website/Media & Promotions
- Secretary
- Tournament Director
- Registrar (2 year term)
Anyone wishing to run for election for any of these roles should let their intentions be known in writing to the current Executive no later than September 10, 2023. Please included a brief message introducing yourself and stating why you are interested in the role you would like to run for.
Proposals for amendments to the constitution & bylaws should be submitted to Nicole Gardy at [email protected] no later than September 10, 2023.
