Welcome to the Boyd Balkwill Memorial Tournament!
This year's tournament will showcase teams in the following divisions: U9, U11 & U13. It will be open to teams that are ranked B or C by the Ontario Lacrosse Association in the U11 & U13 divisions and ranked C or D in the U9 division.
In the past, this tournament has featured teams from all across the province, giving teams the opportunity to face different competition and this year should be no different. Our divisions filled up fast so don’t delay in registering.
The registration fee is $800 and each team will be guaranteed at least 3 games.
Please complete the Google Form below. Once the form has been submitted you will be contacted by the tournament coordinator. When both entry form AND payment have been received, your spot will be secured.
If an organization would like to secure a spot in multiple divisions, please submit one form for each team.

Please identify the age division and team being entered on the cheque (ie. "Orillia Kings U11-2")
***If your teams needs to withdraw from the tournament for any reason, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded prior to May 1st. After that, no refund will be provided.
